My name is Rachel, a licensed Real Estate agent in the state of Georgia who's been in the commercial real estate and leasing industry for over 20 years. I started out as an assistant property manager for a boutique commercial firm all the way back in 2006, and since then have honed in my expertise on lease administration and leasing operations. This is my passion and I'm eager to share it with you and your business!
My Story
With nearly two decades of dedicated experience in the realm of commercial lease management, I have developed a comprehensive and nuanced understanding of the industry. My career journey began in 2006 working for a small boutique property management firm in the Bay Area of California. This was enhanced by my academic journey, which started at San Jose State University and then culminated in my graduation cum laude from DeVry University in 2010. This is where I fine tuned my skills and knowledge in this dynamic field. Over the years since, I've added my real estate license and have had the distinct opportunity to collaborate with some of the most prestigious corporations and technology leaders, including T-Mobile, Crown Castle, Colliers, Apple, Google and most recently, Salesforce.
These roles have not only enriched my expertise in lease operations and management but have also equipped me with exceptional skills in strategic negotiation and portfolio management. My extensive background enables me to navigate the complexities of commercial leases with confidence and precision, ensuring that I deliver outstanding results customized to the unique needs of each organization I work with. I am passionate about leveraging my experience to drive efficiency and effectiveness in lease management, ultimately contributing to the success of the businesses I support.

I left the Bay Area in 2023 and now reside in the North Georgia mountains, where I spend my free time reading, enjoying the company of my three grown children, going to concerts with my husband in Atlanta, and taking care of our four rescue dogs.
