FAQ

What are your payment options? I accept payment via Online Booking. All payments must be paid in advance when booked. I accept most major forms of payment including credit card, debit, and PayPal. If I do end up having to bill outside of scheduled consults, payment will be due upon receipt of invoice. Non-payment is an automatic cancellation of my services.​

What are your rates? My going rate is $400 per hour (USD).

​Can I hire you full-time? I'm not currently taking on full-time roles, even on a contractual basis. If you have a need that you feel requires more than consulting, please discuss with me during our initial consult so I can help provide the best route to achieve your desired outcome.

Do you have a team? ​I currently work alone. I want all of my clients to know when they book with PES, they are getting my full time and attention for their business needs.

​How do I get ahold of you outside of scheduled calls? I can be reached via email and phone outside of scheduled calls if you have any questions or concerns. If the response requires more than 15 minutes worth of work on my behalf, I bill in minimum 1 hr increments and will bill accordingly. Any invoicing will be due upon receipt.

Is there a contract? Not for the initial consult. If you choose to retain my services or continue to work with me further, yes I do have a contract for clients to sign. This will cover basic protections for both you and myself, including the right to bill for work done outside of scheduled consults.

Can I terminate services at any time? Yes. It will be in the contract, both me and the client reserve the right to terminate the partnership at any time, for any reason, with no further obligations.

What if I am unhappy with the service provided? Please reach out to me to discuss you concerns. I will do my very best to address and/or correct any issues you may have, in order to maintain client satisfaction. If, however, you remain unsatisfied, you have the right to terminate your agreement with me with no further obligation.

What is your response time? My standard response time to all messages and emails is 24-48 hours. If I am out of office, I will notify all clients of this in advance. I will typically not be reachable when scheduled out of office. Additionally, all scheduled time off will be visible on my work calendar available to clients.

Do you work with clients outside of the US? Yes, I work with international clients. I have a wide array of expertise in international leasing and have no issue accepting international clients. Please be advised however that for anything involving the laws within your home country, to seek the advice of your solicitor/attorney accordingly. All payments must be in USD.
